Purchasing Access for individuals

1. Access is purchased via the Purchase your Access Key webpage
   
   
2. Choose the type of access you need - 48 hour Access Key Pass or 30-day Access Key Pass. Both Key Passes allow unlimited access during the timeframe
   
   
3. Pay via credit card or PayPal account
   
   
4. Once payment is confirmed, your unique User Access Key is emailed to the address you nominate
   
   
5. Choose when your Access begins by registering a username and password at the login page
   
   
6. Revisit the website as often as you like during your Access period. Print information and save links to third party websites
   
   
7. The User Access Key automatically times-out at the end of your Access period.

Purchasing Access for Corporates

1. Access is purchased via email
   
   
2. By email, let us know that name of the person relocating, your company email adress, plus their email adress and of course, the city that you are moving them to
   
   
3. We will invoice you directly for a 6 months Access Key and send through the ePassport to the nominated email addresses
   
   
4. The ePassport contains the unique User Access Key plus video Guest Tour link and activates the monthly reminder emails over the following 6 months
