Relocations-made-easy was founded in 2002 in response to the growing need for affordable destination services for corporate Australia and to harness the opportunities for self service that the internet could provide. Currently Australia is the preferred destination country for over 300,000 people per year who are looking to make our country their temporary or permanent home.
Over two years, we developed the purpose built platform, the Virtual Relocator Resource™. An interactive, self help tool using animation, graphics, locally researched information and qualified internet links where people who have actually lived, worked and raised their own families in each city, research and compile real local information on the range of issues that need to be considered and guides you through this information by a virtual relocation tool to arrive at a range of neighborhoods most likely to suit housing, budget, education, community and lifestyle requirements.
The Virtual Relocator Resource™ gives the user the ability to very powerfully answer all your questions, choose your neighborhoods and schools, do all the necessary research and make considerable contact long before you leave home. The resource is built to support you for 3 months either side of the actual move and allows you unlimited entry depending on the Access Time that you purchase.
- We support individuals using our service for their own move with an on-line purchase of either a 48 hour Access Pass or a 30 day Access Pass.
- We support company's moving their staff with the Corporate Version, allowing unlimited access to the Virtual Relocator Resource™ for 6 months and comes in the Corporate Passport Wallet containing an interactive CD-Rom that takes the user on a guided tour of the resource and instructs them on how best to use it for their imminent relocation.
- We support company's wishing to on-sell and distribute the relocations-made-easy product.
Core Business and Policy
We provide current local information, pooled purposefully for an interstate or international move and researched by people who have lived, worked and raised their families in each destination city.
We present this in a purpose built, on-line format that allows the user to powerfully interact with the platform and to customize your journey through the information so you can make informed decisions about the city you are moving to.
The resource is built to support someone for 3 months either-side of the actual move and we sell entry to the platform in a variety of Access Times.
We take no commission from any of the industry professionals we introduce but rather research all available opportunities so that you can make informed choices whilst remaining totally independent and we keep only your best interest at heart.

Shani Alexander
Director
Coming from the diverse background of General Nursing, Airline Cabin Crew, Fine Artist and qualified Company Trainer, Shani came to the relocation industry after experiencing a personal relocation, with a keen eye for understanding customer needs, the quality assurance of procedure & training and the energy of creativity. On the product development team for the merger of interstate relocation companies to form one of the largest national relocation providers, she was well placed to analyze the industry's growing need for low-cost, self-service from the corporate and transferee standpoint. Using technology to answer that need, Shani has developed the first on-line, do-it-yourself, virtual relocation resource for companies and all industry channels that support people on the move. Mother of two school aged boys, Shani lives and works in Melbourne.
Robyn Hayes
Business Relations
Robyn has had a diverse career as a Facilitator, Workplace Trainer and Business Development Manager in the corporate and not for profit sector. Robyn organizes the events and seminars that promote our product, the ™Virtual Relocator Resource and assist in developing new business opportunities and manages the existing RME accounts in the migration and recruitment sectors to explore and develop their existing businesses using the relocations-made-easy on-line resettlement tools.

Peter Nolle

Peter is responsible for the strategic, corporate and operational aspects of RME. Working in Australia and the UK, he has extensive business and financial management experience gained from a career of over seventeen years in engineering, finance and information technology industries. From 2007 to 2008 he managed a technology spin-off business that developed a prototype mobile phone/email platform for international markets.
Peter has served on the board of several innovation focused companies. He also founded and manages a successful independent corporate advisory and Government Grant services firm. He completed his MBA at Melbourne Business School in 2006 and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Maree Dalla Valle

Maree began her career in the financial sector where she progressed through to management gaining valuable experience in banking operations, staff training and development, financial planning, marketing and public relations. She then moved in to the publishing field after completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Communications, and worked extensively in the tertiary education area producing text-based and online educational publications. More recently she has been writing, editing and proof-reading material for the corporate sector. Along with a relentless focus on detail and quality in her work, Maree brings to relocations-made-easy personal experience involving four national relocations. Raising two teenage children, she understands the challenging and often confronting experiences relocating families inevitably face. Now currently living in Adelaide, Maree is helping diversify the national footprint of relocations-made-easy.
Elizabeth Ashley
UK Representative
Raised and educated in Australia, Liz worked in advertising and public relations in both Melbourne and Sydney before becoming a corporate wife and trailing spouse, moving the family between Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Australia. Having experienced the upheaval and challenges of so many international relocations, Liz turned her tenacity and empathy to the relocation industry in the UK, assisting senior executives, graduates and students find accommodation and settle into one of the most demanding cities in the world. Knowing that the largest group of migrants and skilled workers come from the UK, Liz joined the relocations-made-easy team in 2005 to be part of the welcomed future in on-line, self empowered assistance and is the pivotal point for the UK migration sector. She brings to her role the maturity of a career in corporate relocation coupled with advertising and public relations savvy.
Brett Stewart
Web Development
Development Manager for Lava Web Creations, Brett is responsible for managing the relocations-made-easy e-business, e-commerce and content management systems, and the complex project that is the Virtual Relocator Resource™, being much more than a promotional website but rather a massive tool underpinned by a huge database that loads on demand to personalize the users journey through it. Brett works in close consultation with the development team to enable easy to use and intuitive technical solutions so our customers really get something of enormous value with each entry.
