Relocations-Made-Easy was founded in 2002 in response to the growing need for affordable migrating services for corporate Australia. Relocations-Made-Easy recognized the enormous unmet need in both the corporate relocation sector and private market for a self-service model by harnessing the opportunities that the internet could provide. Currently over 300,000 people per year choose migrating to Australia as their preferred destination country, looking to make our country their temporary or permanent home.
Over two years, we developed the purpose built software application, the Virtual Relocator Resource™ - an interactive, self-help platform that allows the user to interact with local information researched by people who have actually lived, worked and raised their own families in each city. Individuals migrating to Australia can carry out tailored independent research specifically suited for their lifestyle, housing, education, community and budget needs. They can expect to get a thorough handle on detailed aspects of the host city to help them better prepare themselves and set accurate expectations. At the same time, they can use the platform to drill down to the details of suitable suburbs and schools. Using this resource, individuals migrating to Australia and around Australia have the opportunity to understand their destination city thoroughly before leaving home, make purposeful pre-arrival contact to set up property inspections, bank accounts, etc. on arrival. All of this just makes for assimilating into the new city’s environment with greater ease. Individuals can gain access to the ™Virtual Relocator Resource for 6 months at a time and are supported by a system of Reminder Emails.
As a result of the Australian skill shortage and its attendant increase in the movement of highly skilled workers migrating to Australia, many new non-traditional industry sectors have opened up. In 2008 R-M-E further developed a Deployment Console for deployment of the ™Virtual Relocator under an individual organization’s brand. In this way R-M-E tailors the ™Virtual Relocator for its clients and their respective industry challenges. Resettlement support is thus standardized for every candidate from the pre-arrival stage through to the settling-in phase.
Relocations-Made-Easy services organizations directly through a Corporate License, the software-as-a-service model, SaaS and has clients in the government skilled migrant, education, health, corporate ASX, recruitment, logistics and migration sectors.
